Refund Policies

This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for course fees paid to BiT COMPUTER Pvt Ltd. Our goal is to maintain fair and transparent financial practices.

 

1. General Policy and Fee Status

 

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed-upon installment plan.

  • Once a student is officially enrolled and has attended even one session, the registration fee (if applicable) and a portion of the total course fee become non-refundable.

  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or cheque within 15–30 working days from the date the written refund request is approved

  • 3. Process for Requesting a Refund

     

    1. The student (or a guardian for minors) must submit a formal written request to the Institute administration. This request must clearly state the student’s name, course name, date of admission, and the reason for withdrawal.

    2. The Institute will acknowledge the request within 3 working days.

    3. The request will be reviewed against this Refund Policy and the student's attendance records.

    4. The final decision on the refund amount, if any, will be communicated to the student in writing.

     

    4. Non-Refundable Items

     

    The following payments are always non-refundable under any circumstance:

    • Fees paid for study materials (books, stationery, unique software access codes).

    • Any amount paid towards installment plans that are overdue at the time of withdrawal.

    • Fees paid for short-term workshops or crash courses of less than one month duration.
