Terms and Conditions for BARHARIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY outline the rules for using our services, website, and facilities. This agreement ensures smooth operations while protecting both students and the institute in Jamo Bazar, Siwan.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses, using our website, or visiting our facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update them periodically; continued use means acceptance of changes. Minors under 18 need parental consent.

Services Provided

We offer computer training courses (e.g., ADCA,DCA,DTP,MS Office, AI tools, Excel, AutoCAD) via in-person classes, online platforms, or hybrid modes. Schedules, syllabi, and materials are provided upon enrollment. Services start after full payment and may vary based on availability.

Fees and Payment

Course fees are listed on our website or enrollment forms, payable in INR via cash, bank transfer, or approved processors. No refunds after classes begin, except as per INDIA Consumer Protection Law. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

Student Obligations

Attend classes punctually, follow instructor guidance, and respect facilities/equipment. No unauthorized recording or sharing of materials. Misconduct may lead to suspension without refund. Provide accurate personal info for records.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Course materials are our property; copying or distributing without permission is prohibited. Students retain rights to their own work created during classes. Protect shared institute data as confidential.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss on personal devices, or interruptions beyond control (e.g., force majeure). Liability capped at course fees paid. INDIAN law governs disputes.

Termination

We may terminate for breach (e.g., non-payment, misconduct) with notice. Students can withdraw per refund policy. Post-termination, access ends immediately.

Governing Law

These terms follow INDIA Federal Laws, including Civil Code (Law No. 5/1985) and Consumer Protection (Law No. 15/2020). Disputes resolved in Siwan Court.
